This program is built to put priority around developing X frame that consist of a small waist, sweeping quads, wide lats and capped delts. This won’t be a program you will need to discontinue after only 16 weeks as the X frame will continue to be a priority for the reminder of your competitive journey.

A full discussion on training principles is beyond the scope of this book and would recommend taking J3U Level 1 for understanding the science of programming and also the Applied Hypertrophy Optimization Course for further learning on how to set up and cue lifts to get the most stimulus from every rep.

2024 Olympia Chest & Quads Specialization Program

This program is built to put priority around developing quads and chest, this will mirror the program I have used with success into the 2024 Mr. Olympia competition. I will have modifications to adjust the program to your recovery capacity and schedule for personalization to your needs. This will be a 10 week block of training, however can be continued as long as you need this area of focus.

Definitely recommend any newcomer or even veteran to listen to his material because it dissects very important information that we don’t necessarily take into account.   I learned some new things regarding prep ex.  (being longer on gear not having to do crazy things at the end in pre just because and also running a higher AI isn’t always beneficial.   Diuretics was a key topic I loved. We automatically think we need them to be peeled but John goes over how to peak correctly not risking your health on loop diuretics!   All in all very good class and topics discussed and I believe our sport is missing this kind of information that is so valuable especially to newcomers into the sport.

John Jewett is an esteemed IFBB Pro bodybuilder, registered dietitian, and founder of J3 University. With a strong foundation in both the practical and scientific aspects of bodybuilding, John has dedicated his career to elevating physique education.
